Kavita Mehra is an atheist, feminist, and survivor of violence, with over 20 years of commitment to advancing gender, economic, and social justice. She is the executive director of Sakhi for South Asian Survivors. A proud New Jersey native, Kavita resides in Jersey City with her partner and son.
